Monica Lewis
Operations Director | Licensed Audiology Assistant
Monica Lewis has worked at Hearing Care by Hough for nine years. She began working with the Hough family 25 years ago, and she and David Hough have both worked for each other previously. In 2016, he asked Monica to join his clinic as operations director.
She says she loves the environment here, and it also feeds into her passion for helping patients hear the best they can. Monica gets to learn something new every day, and the role challenges her to ask more questions and be open to growth. Her favorite thing about her role is serving our patients.
For anyone considering becoming a patient, Monica says that Hearing Care by Hough’s passion is to team with patients to help them hear the best they possibly can, whether this is with new technology or their current devices.
