Laina worked with everyone at the previous clinic for three years. She was available to join Hearing Care by Hough afterward, and she has been a part of the team for eight years.
Laina shares that working here is the best job she has ever had and says there is no comparison. Everyone is like a family.
Her favorite thing about her role is seeing people's faces light up after they are fitted with their new hearing aids. She also enjoys getting to know patients when they are checking in at the front desk.
